A New Chapter for Domainsbot
As of this month, and after recently celebrating Domainsbot’s 20 years in business, Emiliano and Daniel have become the sole owners of Domainsbot.
This marks a proud and meaningful moment in the Domainsbot story–as it’s more than a business milestone, it’s also a personal one.
By buying out the remaining investor shares, we have now taken full control of the company we started in a garage over twenty years ago. Shaped through passion, vision and a love for data, we built Domainsbot alongside an incredible global team.
We are incredibly passionate about what Domainsbot has become and where we’re headed next. This move is our commitment to all that Domainsbot has empowered.
Why Now?
Domainsbot has been growing steadily in recent years, not only within the domain industry but also in new markets like brand protection, data intelligence, and legal tech. We’re seeing success in areas that push beyond our roots. This transition in ownership allows us to fully lean into that momentum, with more freedom to evolve, expand, and lead the company into its most fruitful era yet. In all the industries we can support.
Owning 100% of the business gives us the clarity and flexibility to move boldly. We all know the digital landscape is changing rapidly, the domain industry is evolving, and we’re proud to have not only kept up but tested new waters and emerged ahead. With our full investment behind it, we’ve never believed more in the vision of Domainsbot than we do today.

The People Behind the Platform
For those newer to our story: Daniel founded Domainsbot in 1999 out of a garage, driven by a vision for how data could empower better decisions across the internet. Emiliano joined shortly after, and together we built a company with deep roots in the domain world, and we’ve always had our eyes on the future.
The domain industry is as much about people as it is about technology. It’s a close-knit, passionate community, and we’re proud to have grown up in it. We’ve made lifelong friends, weathered massive shifts, and helped countless partners navigate new territory. As founders, our commitment to the business has only deepened over time, and today we’re more motivated than ever.
Where We’re Going
We’ve built a strong foundation—and now, we’re ready to build even higher. With tools like Pandalytics leading the way, we’re helping legal teams and digital brand professionals make smarter decisions, faster. Our technology is being embraced not just by registrars, but also by law firms, cyber security companies, and online brand enforcement teams.
We’re doubling down on innovation, on passion, and on relationships. We’ll continue to invest in our products, starting from Name Suggestion and up to the new Brand Monitoring solutions, our teams, and our partners. And we’ll be telling that story along the way.
