Everyone who doesn't live is Australia should avoid this company like the plague...( maybe they are as bad in Australia, I dont know ) Trying to get them to RE-TAG a domain was a nightmare because their automated online system simply doesn't work for .co.uk names, and they have no customer service, I must have sent 30 emails before I got a reply...then the replys seem to come from someone with no domain knowledge whatsoever... 5 weeks and still trying...... YES I know I could go to Nominet but why should I pay the fees!!! Collapse

I used to use GoDaddy for all my com domains, but when i couldn't get one I needed a friend told me about a backorder service offered by Melbourne it. I put my name in and about 4 months later a guy contacted me and told me they had the name. The price was a little more than I thought but the whole thing was really easy. Collapse
